Itinerent Arabian History

In May of 1966 we made a trip to Highview Arabian Farm, Latrobe, Pa. There we purchased purchased a yearling colt …Silver Dollar. A year later we returned and purchased his mother Silver Cricket. Cricket gave us only one breedable offspring …Silver Meteza. Two years later we purchased two 2 year old fillies …Sunzin, and Laurie. We had them bred to Yathamaar …Steiner's head stallion.

Ibn Yathamaar and Twika were our first two foals. Yathy became my riding horse, and head stallion. In his younger days I showed him successfully in open shows. I rode him everywhere. He loved riding to Bird Dogs. Each morning I mounted up and worked the dogs for an hour. I rode him until he was 30 years old. His offspring are a great deal like their father. They are typey, have tremendous energy plus have desire to please. They enjoy being out on the trail.

Our goal is to breed as many Ibn Yathamaar type horses as possible. What average individual wants a horse that can be ridden only by a professional in an enclosed ring? If you want a horse you can personally train, trust and ride anywhere we may have what you are looking for.

Most people obtain their first Arabs via time payment.  We did!  Therefore, we will work with dependable people to purchase their horse.
